Answer:

I agree that dieting does not equal an eating disorder. Many choose to diet healthy. When you have a history of eating disorders (like myself), it’s very hard to break those habitual routines. Therefore when you do diet you are usually reverting back to old ways that you’re comfortable/familiar with.

Failed

So the diet thing completely failed. My husband found out and told me if I didn’t eat he was going to leave me because he doesn’t want to have an anorexic wife. I’m so upset! I don’t know what to do about this. I want to loose weight and the only successful way I know is to not eat. I’m in need of help. Any advice?!

Detox Diet

Good afternoon my lovelies,

So I searched the internet all night and even today and have yet to find any promising detox to jump start my weight-loss. So I decided to create my own with the help of some information I found :)

This detox will last 10 days.

Day 1
STOP EATING JUNK! NO MEALS! NO SNACKS! NO NOTHING! Today you will start by not having breakfast and lunch. About dinner is when the hunger will attack full force! Calm it down with one veggie and one fruit of your choice. All day long drink as much water as you possibly can! At night mix 12 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 liter of water. DRINK IT ALL IN ONE SITTING. Wait about an hour because you’ll be running for the bathroom. You’ll have a bowl movement that will last 30-60 minutes. GOT TO BED AND GET SOME REST!

Day 2
Again, you will start today like yesterday. No eating till dinner. However, instead of noming on a veggie and a fruit, you will substitute them for a “power drink”. At least one cup of each. (I made my own “power drinks”. Carrot & Sweet Potato and Pomegranate & Blueberry. To make the veggie one, add 8 carrots and 1 sweet potato to a blender/add 3 cups of hot HOT water/dump mix in sauce pan for about 20 mins/let cool/add 2 cups ginger ale NO CAFFEINE/strain. To make the fruit one, add 1 pomegranate seeds and a half a container of frozen blueberries to blender/add two cups lemonade SUGAR FREE/strain. TADA = “power drinks”). All day long drink as much water as you possibly can!  At night mix 12 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 liter of water. DRINK IT ALL IN ONE SITTING. Wait about an hour because you’ll be running for the bathroom. You’ll have a bowl movement that will last 30-60 minutes. GOT TO BED AND GET SOME REST!

Day 3 - Day 8
Again we are trying to not have food for these days. NO EATING WHAT SO EVER! During these 5 days, you will have nothing but herbal tea, our sea salt laxative and spiced water. You are allowed to have any herbal tea you would like. At night time we will do our remedy of sea salt and water. (At night mix 12 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 liter of water. DRINK IT ALL IN ONE SITTING. Wait about an hour because you’ll be running for the bathroom. You’ll have a bowl movement that will last 30-60 minutes). And throughout the day, whenever you feel hunger strike, you are suppose to sip this spiced up water. (2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup Grade B, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 10 ounces of Water). Also, you are allowed to drink water throughout the day as well. Also remember to get some rest!

Day 9
EXACTLY LIKE DAY 2! You want to slowly add solid food back to your diet. No eating till dinner. you will drink 2 cups of a “power drink”. At least one cup of each. (I made my own “power drinks”. Carrot & Sweet Potato and Pomegranate & Blueberry.
